Does this look familiar to anyone? This was when we were looking over the present home of CARS after our facility at the Chesapeake Center for Science and Technology was severely damaged from Hurricane Isabel. See anyone you know here?
Good news! We have been informed by the city that the tower crew is scheduled to replace the damaged antennas the week of July 17th. Fingers crossed that the 146.820 and 444.000 machines will once again fill the airways soon!
Due to the July club meeting being moved to next Monday, the board meeting that would have been held next week was moved to this evening at 7:30 pm. 116 Reservation Road.
As we all celebrate the 241st birthday of the United States, the CARS board reminds all to celebrate safely because we want to see everyone next Monday evening for our July meeting!
