Since we can’t meet at the Reservation Road club house, we hope using ZOOM video conferencing will be a good way for us to hold our monthly club meetings.

The conferencing tool allows us to view our members online just as we would at the shack. It also gives the attendees the opportunity to ask questions and participate like a live meeting.

All you need is access to the Internet and a means to connect with a speaker and microphone (no camera is required). This connection can be a computer, laptop, notebook, iPad, smartphone, etc.

You can also dial in on a phone for the audio portion of the meeting. Use the Phone number and access code listed above.

There is no charge for the attendees. Just click on the URL link listed above. You may have to copy the link and paste it into your web browser.

You will be asked to download the ZOOM app the first time you use the service.

When asked for the Meeting ID, enter the ID number in green from the invitation above.
Thanks for your help in keeping our club activities going.

Mike Tromba, KK4OXH
President, CARS
