ARRL Field Day is Saturday June 25th & Sunday June 26th.
CARS is hosting Field Day 2022 at Deep Creek Park. Our Field Day event is open to all amateurs and non amateurs alike. Come on out and see what ARRL Field Day is all about!

| Friday June 24, 2022 | 5pm | Park Cleanup & Antenna support deployment | We will meet at Deep Creek Park on Friday evening to clean up the food prep area and hang support ropes in the trees for the OCF antenna. |
| Saturday June 25, 2022 | 7:30am | Pack up CARS Shack | We will meet at the CARS Shack (116 Reservation Road) Saturday morning at 7:30am to pack up and transport the tables, chairs, antennas, & radios to the park. |

PSOC Field Day Event
N4CEC–the Amateur Radio station at the Chesapeake Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC)–will also on the air for Field Day 2022. The PSOC is located at 2130 S Military Hwy, Chesapeake, VA 23320 next to the Chesapeake Animal Services Unit.
Since the PSOC is an EOC station, no special preparation is needed. Amateurs and guests can begin operation at 2pm local time on Saturday and the station will continue at the EOC through Saturday evening.
