Welcome to 2019 and we had a great Jan Shack Day to start off the new year. We had a lot of people show up to operate on the radios and make a few contacts. And we had guys working on the repeater controller, thanks to Steve (KC4CAW), Bill Runyon (WF4R) and Bill Mellema (N3WM). We also had other members there helping with setting up an Icom IC-718 to work with a Kantronics TNC modem and signalink usb soundcard for a digital modes station. I also brought my Yeasu FTM-400XD radio to learn more about transferring pictures, I think the Yeasu camera mic may be coming soon.
Thanks to everyone who came out to Shack Day. We had a great time and are looking forward to what 2019 has to offer at the CARS clubhouse.
