Northbrook man gives up fight for 63-foot ham radio antenna

“I can’t fight City Hall,” he said Wednesday, a short time after withdrawing his bid to put up a 63-foot, 3-inch wide antenna in his front yard.

“If I knew that before I bought the house, I wouldn’t have bought the house,” he told trustees.
