Drove out to check on the clubhouse this afternoon. The building has power and from what I could tell, the water never reached the building itself unless it did towards the back along the dock.
Inside the shack is fine. The temporary tarp that was put up to protect the inside from rain getting in a vent held. However, the city will need to be contacted to get that area sealed.

The only causality I could find is one of the big trees near the inter coastal waterway in the park next door.
Overall, we were very fortunate to not have any serious damage at the clubhouse. All antennas survived although the support ropes for the dipoles will probably need to be checked.
